MICROTEACHING

                                                                 Micro teaching was introduced in India in 1967 with the hman attempt made by D.D Tiwari of government central pedagogical institute , Allahabad. In 190 G.B shaw experimented with micro teaching at M.S university Baroda . Then the tecnical teachers training institute madras introduced micro teaching to train the tecnical teachers. 

DEFINITION

  •  Allen defined micro teaching as "scaled down teaching encounter in class size and calss time" 

PREPOSITIONS OF MICRO TEACHING 

                                  The basic prepositions underlying micro teaching are as follws 
  1. Ti is real teaching 
  2. It simplifies the calssroom teaching in terms os class size , time , content , etc. 
  3. It focus on training for the accomplish meant of specific tasks. 
  4. It allow for the increased control of practice 
  5. It greatly expands the normal knowldge of result of feedback dimension in teaching

    PRINCIPLES OF MICRO TEACHING 

                  On the basis of learning theories the following principles underlic the concept of micro teaching 
  1. Capablites of the learner must teach consider when a decision of what to teach is mode
  2. The learner must be motivate intrinscicaly 
  3. Globs are to be realistically 
  4. Only one element of modification  behaviour is to be worked on at a time 
  5. Active participation by the student in necessary in order to modify his behaviour subtantially 

PHASES OF MICRO TEACHING
